The Winstedt School is an independent international school dedicated to educating children who think and learn differently. Since 2008, Winstedt has led the way for inclusive and progressive education in South-East Asia. Located in Singapore, the School was founded and purpose-built for students who need differentiated learning in the classroom to thrive. Winstedt offers maximum of 15 students in a classroom with two qualified specialist teachers in each class. Students who benefit from a small student-teacher ratio are welcomed, challenged, and well-supported through our innovative integrated therapy as we work towards capitalising on their individual strengths. Winstedt delivers a globally recognised British curriculum in a way that is individualised to each student in the class to offer continuity of skills from Reception through Year 13 Small classes and tailored subject groupings in an inclusive environment allow for successful learning with specialised and dedicated teachers who understand a student's need for explicit and multi-sensory learning. Every aspect of the school has been engineered around each student as an individual in order to leverage their strengths while supporting their difficulties. This bespoke approach begins with the admissions process and carries through to completion of their qualifications. Customised Learning Journeys are curated to cater towards students that learn differently. This is strongly supported by key supporting elements like the in-house Supportive Functions (Counselling and therapy) and enabling/empowering through technologies. By defying convention in education and delivering this revolutionary academic experience, many of our students are able to feel success for the first time.
