Description
Founded in 2010 by Joann McPike, THINK Global School brings together teens ages 16-18 to embark on a transformative journey centered around innovative academics, shared cultural experiences, and deeply held core values.
Each year, TGS students and our onsite staff travel to four countries together, with compassion serving as their compass and driven by the goal of unlocking the best versions of themselves. Every country provides an opportunity to learn from the wisdom of local communities, the echoes of historical sites, and the innumerable interactions that lie between.
At the end of their two-year journey, students graduate with a well-worn passport in one hand and a brand new diploma in the other, fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

All excursions, activities, and adventures
Technology, including a MacBook Air and an iPhone with a global phone plan

The only significant costs that are not included in tuition are your flights to and from the start of each term. Flight costs are taken into consideration when you apply for financial aid.
Scholarships
Scholarships and tuition are based on each family's unique financial situation. If a student is accepted to TGS, we commit to covering 100% of the demonstrated need of the family based on our needs assessment. As we receive a large number of applicants each year, scholarship funds are limited.
During the admissions process, we work with a neutral, third-party assessor who helps us determine each family's need.
Curricula
We believe that education should connect you to the world around you, providing context and insight into today’s most pressing issues. Drawing from the 21st Century’s most innovative and effective educational models, the THINK Global School curriculum combines high academic standards with interdisciplinary, project-based learning—so your environment informs your studies and your studies give meaning to your environment. By engaging in an array of projects that enhance your teamwork, problem-solving, and curiosity skills, you’ll transform into a passionate and multifaceted citizen, able to adapt and thrive in an increasingly globalized world.

Living Accommodations
When it comes to where you’ll live, no two semesters are quite the same. You may find yourself in a dorm on a host school campus one term, an apartment in a bustling city the next, and a bungalow in the jungle the following. Yet all of our accommodations have one thing in common: you’ll be living as a community with other students and staff, and you’ll have a safe and comfortable place to lay your head each night.
During most semesters, you’ll share a room with another student of your gender, with males and females living in different buildings or on separate floors. Educators live among you, and at least two staff members are on duty at all times.
