Entry Requirements

• A copy of your child's most recent psycho-educational evaluation, including most current WISC Testing. We prefer testing that has been completed within the last 3 years. • Completed application for admission via our online application system through our website: www.vanguardschool.org. • Application fee of $125.00 (non-refundable) for regular school year • $50.00 (non-refundable) for summer camp • Permission to Release Information Form, so that we may request your child's records. • Two teacher/counselor evaluation forms (you will need the names and e-mail addresses of the individuals you are wanting the forms sent to.) • A copy of your student's most recent IEP or 504 Plan. • Visit to campus with guided tour (a virtual tour may be available upon request.) • Interviews with Admissions Team member for parent/guardian and student.
