A welcoming place to gather, Gardiner Dining Hall is rich in history with beautiful wood-paneled walls and a brick fireplace. The walls are adorned with the names of the School's King Medalists, a traditional honor since 1898, bestowed on the student who best epitomizes the character of St. Andrew's School. Professional dining services are provided by Flik Independent School Dining and feature a diversified menu of nutritional options daily. Flik has partnered with St. Andrew's to customize a program that meets the needs of our community. Chefs use fresh local ingredients and world-class culinary techniques to provide our students with healthy, innovative menus. From colorful salad bars to homemade soups, our dining hall is a source of pride and values. Dining services are overseen by Chef Ian Kiebauskas, a Johnson and Wales graduate.
