At HSV we stand for an important motto. We believe that we have to do the best we can to promote global citizenship and skills for our students that they will need for lifelong learning. Our mission statement is therefore: global citizenship, lifelong learning! Primary education through our schools intends to give students a firm base and growth of competencies that allows them to develop the skills that they will need throughout their lives. Everybody has the right to become an independent thinker and problem solver on his or her own level, in order to meet the challenges faced within broader society. We aim to create safe environments where our pupils are able to learn as much as they can. Both Dutch and International Departments operate within the framework of the Dutch educational system. Our schools have good reports of the Dutch inspectorate for primary education, are financially stable and feel confident in our highly qualified staff. We strive for a good relationship with the parents/caregivers, because we can achieve educational goals for children better when we collaborate.
