We are also a certified CompTIA Academy, giving students access to globally recognized IT training and certifications. As an official Pearson VUE Testing Center, we offer a wide range of professional exams on-site. In addition, we partner with CambriLearn to support flexible, high-quality online learning for students who need alternative learning options.

Tuition

Curricula

Blake Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines the Ministry of Education framework and Pearson Edexcel programs. Our courses cover core subjects and electives, delivered through both in-person and online formats, to ensure students are well-prepared for academic and future success.

Admissions Process

The admissions process at Blake Academy is designed to be both welcoming and thorough. To begin, families should complete the online application. Once submitted, applicants will be scheduled for an interview to learn more about the student’s interests and goals. Following the interview, students will undergo an academic assessment to evaluate their current level and ensure appropriate placement. Afterward, families will be notified of the decision and, if accepted, provided with enrollment instructions.

Entry Requirements

To enroll at Blake Academy, students are required to complete an interview and assessment to evaluate their academic readiness. This helps ensure we provide the best support for their success. Additional documentation, such as previous school records, may also be required.

Applicant Evaluations

At Blake Academy, all applicants undergo a comprehensive evaluation process, which includes an interview, academic assessments, and a review of previous school records. This helps us understand the student's strengths, areas for growth, and ensure they are placed in the appropriate grade level for their academic needs.

Waiting List

Blake Academy may have a waiting list for certain grade levels due to limited space. If a class is full, students will be placed on the waiting list, and families will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.

Teacher Qualifications

At Blake Academy, our educators hold a range of qualifications, from Associates to Masters degrees, in their respective fields. Many of our teachers also possess professional certifications that further enhance their expertise and teaching abilities. 

Courses

Our online courses offer flexibility, allowing students to learn at their own pace while still receiving guidance and support. Homework

At Blake Academy, we believe in a balanced approach to learning. Homework is generally not assigned unless a student is unable to complete their work during the school day. In such cases, students may be asked to finish their tasks at home to ensure they stay on track with their studies.

Number of Teaching Staff

At Blake Academy, we maintain an optimal teacher-student ratio to support personalized learning. In elementary grades, the ratio is 6:1, in junior high classes it is 9:1, and in senior high classes, the ratio is 12:1. These ratios ensure that each student receives the attention and support they need to thrive academically.
