The White Mountain School

Thank you for considering The White Mountain School.

Description

The White Mountain School offers you the opportunity to search for and build common ground with your peers while you pursue an education that feels relevant to you. The opportunities and challenges that you'll experience in the coming years will almost certainly require bravery and kindness as much as intellectual accomplishment. The White Mountain School will help you grow those qualities — the main reason I wanted to come to this school.

Learning Support

Our Learning Center is designed first and foremost to help students develop their habits of seeking out academic support, to improve the way they study, and to improve the quality of their work. Learning Center support services are for students who are able to meet the academic demands of The White Mountain School but need additional attention in order to develop the skills our curriculum necessitates. The Learning Center is fully integrated into the academic and social life of the School. Additionally, the Learning Center staff members provide assistance to all members of the WMS community in identifying and assisting students who have different learning styles or minor learning disabilities.
