Entry Requirements

• Completed application, including photo of the applicant and the non-refundable application fee payable to Eagle Hill School. • Official transcript, educational assessments, pertinent school records, Individualized Educational Plans, psycho-educational evaluations, and/or standardized testing. • Mathematics and English teacher evaluations, which can be sent through the website directly to teachers. We ask that teachers print and complete the forms, and mail them directly to the Admission Office at Eagle Hill. • Student writing sample. The writing sample prompts are located at the end of the online admission application. There are three choices, and the student should choose one.
